As you may know, the 2024-25 LEAP season has officially begun, and Energy Outreach Colorado is here to support your organization and applicants in the process.
LEAP Applications Now Open
The Colorado Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) is accepting applications for the 2024-25 heating season. Early applications are encouraged to ensure participants have support before winter arrives. In addition, LEAP unlocks many other utility assistance and energy efficiency supports for our Colorado neighbors.
Key Program Details
-Application period: November 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025
-Benefit range: $200-$1,000 per household
-Income guidelines updated for 2024-25 season
-Multiple application methods available (phone, online, mail)
